Procurement & Commercial Consultancy

Strategic procurement and commercial support for public-sector and regulated organisations

We provide practical, senior-level support with procurement strategy, governance, compliance, complex tendering and contract management.

From reviewing an organisation’s procurement and commercial function to supporting individual high-value projects, the focus is on improving control, capability, value for money and delivery.

Strategic support

Procurement that supports the wider organisation

Effective procurement is not simply about completing a compliant tender exercise.

It requires clear governance, capable teams, reliable management information and a commercial approach that supports the organisation’s wider objectives.

We work with organisations to identify weaknesses, improve controls and put practical arrangements in place that can be sustained after the project ends.
